I have been very lucky to have had one car for 11 years that never needed any repairs. The last two years my Camry was fighting for its life. I was recommended these guys through a bunch of coworkers and a “where should I go” facebook post. I can see why they are so well known. I’m a simple girl that knows little about cars and was thrown into a bunch of stressful situations because of my car and these guys got me in right away. They were always clear about the problems, the amount due or going into it, and what we could do. They even fixed things for free after having to go back for a second oil leak. My car completely broke down out of town and they called me to offer to help call the tow shop it was at to see if there was anything they could do. I can’t say how much I appreciate them going about and beyond. All the staff has been so accommodating and understanding. I’d recommend them any day of the week. Really appreciate all the work they did to save my car

Neighborhood auto saved our lives!! We bought a car about a year ago and didn’t know it was in a bad accident before they sold it to us. We kept having to replace the same part and didn’t know why. Kayla here at neighborhood auto went above and beyond for us by finding the accident, informing us on what the next steps were and even called the dealership we bought the car from to help us! Her and the rest of the team are honest, kind, and superhero’s! Our car was unserviceable and we had no idea until they did a thorough inspection! They always had us in quickly, communicated the entire time with us, gave us pictures of the damaged parts and explained everything in a way that was digestible and helpful. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work and repairs. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs work done! As I said this car was totaled and we were driving it with no idea and it was unsafe they saved our lives from an awful accident!

Wish I would have found this place sooner after dealing with so many car issues over the last three years. Huge shoutout to the staff — especially Erik and Kayla — and everyone else who helped with my vehicle. My car can definitely be a pain to deal with, which is honestly why I kept putting it off, so thank you for taking that stress off my shoulders. My experience was great from start to finish. I unexpectedly dropped my car off around 10:00 AM, and they had it finished by about 2:45 PM the same day. The location was also really convenient, with a park and a few shops nearby to help pass the time. As a nursing student, finances can be tight, so I really appreciated their reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this place!

Neighborhood auto worked on my car about a week ago because it was having shifting issues. They gave us two options, the first, pay almost $700 to replace a solenoid that would most likely be a temporary fix and another solenoid would probably go out eventually, or pay $6,100 to replace the transmission completely (triple the value of the car). We chose the $700 option accepting the risk that at some point in the future a different solenoid may go out but we would cross that bridge when it happened. Had we known the same solenoid they replaced would actually go bad the day after they replaced it because the transmission was that far gone, we wouldn’t have gone through with the fix at all. When we took the car back the following day, they basically told us sorry about your luck and drive it until it dies, no offer of any refund because of the labor done by the mechanic. I simply wish they wouldn’t have offered the cheaper fix at all if they knew the transmission was that far gone. Not everyone has an extra $700 lying around.

The best! They beat every other quote in town. They’re efficient, friendly, and they communicate what services are going to cost before they proceed. They’ve worked on ~10 vehicles for my family And every single time we’ve had a good experience. Ignore the One and two star reviews, these people that have never done scheduled maintenance in their life, and decide to take it out on the shop that has to fix all the issues from their negligence.
